1. Service Agreement
We operate on project-based service agreements. Details regarding milestones, deliveries, and payment schedules are fully defined inside each individual client agreement.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
If you choose to cancel a service build prior to completion, refunds are computed based on the milestones successfully delivered up to the date of cancellation.
